RULES AND REGULATIONS

Late in time late in life' - Pupils should be punctual and regular everywhere. They are expected to be in the school premises before 9 am.

‘Cleanliness is next to godliness’- it is strictly compulsory for every pupil to come in a full uniform with neatly pressed clothes, polished shoes, modest hair cut, tie, belt and identity card.

Storybooks, magazines, cameras, cell phones, play stores, electronic gadgets should not be brought to school.

Students who are suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school until they are completely recovered, along with a medical certificate.

Damage done to buildings, electric appliances, furniture, lab materials, sports goods, disfiguring walls, desks etc are liable to pay the restitutionary charges towards the same.

Only English should be spoken in and out of the school premises.

Students are expected to wear their ID cards everyday to school.

Students throwing water or stones on others should be strictly forbidden.

No leave of absence is granted expect for grave and valid reasons.

Students should participate in all the functions like independence day, Republic day, Sports day, Annual day, etc., without fail.

Nutritious balanced vegetarian food should be brought for lunch. Fast food like noodles, junk and other food items must be avoided.

Students and parents are expected to behave and converse in an orderly, well-disciplined manner towards all the higher authorities, the principal and the staff.

No private tuition should be arranged without the permission of the principal.

Pupils should not use motor vehicles as their mode of transport.


RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO BOYS AND GIRLS

HAIR:

Fancy hairstyle is not allowed

Girl’s hair should be plaited, if it is more than shoulder length

Ribbons should be in brown color for all the days except Friday

Friday white ribbons should be used

No special decoration of hair is allowed


ORNAMENTS:

Rings, bangles or any other gold ornaments are not allowed. School will not be responsible for its loss.

NAILS:

Finger nails are neither to be painted nor allowed to grow long

WRIST WATCHES:

Pupils in STD IX and below should not wear watches. Only X-XII students are allowed to wear watches.(musically watches should not be worn)

MOBILEPHONES:

Pupils are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. If seized, it will not be returned.

REQUEST TO PARENTS

Parents or guardians:

Are expected to co-operate with the school.

Kindly encourage your children to attend all the national festivals and celebration in the school.

Should check the homework and sign in the dairy daily. They should not write for the children.

Expected to be promptly present when the dates are announced for getting books and shining progress report , parents meeting etc.,,

Are not allowed to see their children, or meet their teachers during school hours. They may visit them with prior permission between 3.45pm and 4.30pm .

Must give balanced diet (lunch) for their children.

Are requested no to take their children during working hours for lame reasons.


The school fees should be paid for the three terms as follows.

NOTE: pupil, who fails to pay the school fee with in the due date, should pay Rs.5 per day.
