Admission and Withdrawal

ADMISSION

Parents who seek admission for their children should register their names in the month of march.

Children who complete three years in july are eligible for admission to L.K.G class respectively.

For admission in the 1st a pupil must have completed 5 years and one year to be added for every additional class.

Children from other schools will be admitted after submitting the T.C. with EMIS number.

Parents Guardians should produce the Birth Certificate of the child from municipal Authorites along with Aadhar number.

A recent passport size photograph of the child should be affixed to the application form.

School fee once paid will not be refunded.

WITHDRAWAL

Parents who wish to take the child away from the school should apply in writing to the principal for the Transfer Certificate within the month of march.

T.C will be issued only if all the dues to school have been paid.

T.C will be issued after a week from the date of application.

DISMISSAL

A student may be dismissed from the school for the following reasons.

Irregular attendance & habitual absence without leave letter.

Insubordination to teacher and school authorities

Dishonest, misconduct or any other antisocial behavior.

If the parents indulge in disorderly behavior in the school.

Use of offensive language in written or spoken.
